1. About these terms, and who can use Rezrv

These terms are the agreement between you and Rezrv (“Rezrv”, “we”) when you use our website, the Rezrv app or any booking made through them. By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Rezrv.

Rezrv is a platform. It lets you find barbers, salons, spas and studios, see their open times, and book with them. The venues are independent businesses. They provide the services, not Rezrv.

To use Rezrv you must:

• be 18 or older;
• give us true and current details, and keep them up to date;
• keep your login safe, and tell us at once if someone else has used your account.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and is part of this agreement. Venues that use Rezrv Business have a separate agreement with us.

2. Bookings, prices, payments and cancellations

Your booking is with the venue. When you book, you make an agreement with the venue for the service you chose. Rezrv arranges the booking and, if you pay in the app, takes the payment on the venue’s behalf.

When it is confirmed. A booking is confirmed when the app shows you the confirmation. While you are booking, we may hold the time for you for a few minutes. If you do not finish in that time, the hold ends.

Prices. Each venue sets its own prices. You see the full price in Egyptian pounds before you confirm. Rezrv adds no booking fee, and you pay the same price as if you booked with the venue directly.

Paying. You can pay in the app by debit or credit card or Apple Pay, through our licensed payment partner, or pay at the venue on the day. Some venues ask for a deposit when you book. You will see the amount before you confirm.

Cancelling or changing a booking. Each venue sets its own rules for cancelling and rescheduling, and you see them before you book. If you cancel within those rules, you get back what the rules say. If you cancel late or do not arrive, the venue may keep the deposit or charge the fee shown in its rules.

If the venue cancels. If a venue cancels your booking or cannot serve you, you get back in full anything you paid through Rezrv for that booking.

Refunds. A refund goes back to the way you paid. Your bank may take some working days to show it.

Your rights as a consumer. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Egyptian consumer protection law.

3. Venues, and what Rezrv is responsible for

Venues are independent. Each venue on Rezrv is its own business. It provides the service, employs or engages its own staff, and is responsible for the quality and safety of what it does and for the licences it needs. Rezrv does not provide these services.

What venues tell you. Photos, services, prices and opening hours come from the venues. We work with them to keep these right, but we cannot promise that every detail is correct at every moment.

What we are responsible for. We are responsible for the app and the website: showing you the venue’s real open times, recording your booking, passing it to the venue, and handling payments made in the app.

If something goes wrong. Speak to the venue first, since it provided the service. If that does not solve it, write to sales@rezrvapp.com and we will help where we can.

Ratings and reviews. If you leave a rating or a review, it must be honest and about a visit you really made.

4. Your account, fair use, and what belongs to whom

Use Rezrv fairly. You agree not to:

• make bookings you do not mean to keep, or book under a false name;
• miss bookings again and again without cancelling;
• be abusive to venue staff or to our team;
• copy or collect information from Rezrv in bulk, or try to break or get around its security;
• use Rezrv for anything against the law.

If you break these rules, we may limit or close your account. Where we can, we will tell you why first.

What you post. Anything you post on Rezrv, such as a review or a photo, stays yours. You allow us to show it in Rezrv and in material about Rezrv. It must be true, lawful and your own.

What is ours. The Rezrv name, logo, app and website belong to us. You may use the app and the website for your own bookings. You may not copy them or use our name or logo without our written permission.

Messages from us. We send you messages about your bookings, such as confirmations and reminders. We send news and offers only if you agreed to receive them, and you can stop them at any time.

5. Liability, ending the agreement, law, changes and contact

What we do not promise. We work to keep Rezrv running well, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of faults.

Limits on our liability. As far as the law allows, Rezrv is not liable for the service a venue provides, or for what a venue or its staff do or fail to do. Our liability to you for a booking is limited to the amount you paid through Rezrv for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Ending the agreement. You can delete your account at any time in the app. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Bookings still to come are then cancelled under the venue’s rules.

Law and courts. Egyptian law governs these terms. The courts of Cairo decide any dispute that we cannot settle by talking.

Changes. We may change these terms. We post the new version here with its date. If a change is important, we tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using Rezrv after that, you accept the new terms.
